‘Supergirl' Trailer: Melissa Benoist Stars In The First Preview Clip For CBS's New Series

Here Are All The Important Bits From The 'Supergirl' Trailer
|

The hotly-anticipated trailer for CBS’s new series ‘Supergirl’ has been revealed, ahead of the show’s premiere this November.

The promo gives fans a glimpse at what to expect from the series and it seems that variety is certainly the order of the day.

At first, you’d be forgiven for thinking the show is a ‘Devil Wears Prada’ reboot, as Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) serves as as an assistant for her high-flying boss, played by Calista Flockhart.

However, the action soon kicks in when Kara decides to use her powers and become a superhero, like her rather famous cousin, Superman.

The first preview (above) clocks in at a whopping six minutes, so we’ve broken it down into Gif form...
