Jodie Knows Exactly What The All-New 'Top Gear' Needs

Jodie Kidd might be sick and tired of being asked if she’s about to join Chris Evans on the all-new ‘Top Gear’ presenting team, but she does believe the show needs a woman’s touch.

The former model has been linked with the BBC motoring show ever since Jeremy Clarkson was sacked earlier this year, and those snaps of the pair enjoying a pint only fueled the rumours she was set to sign up.

Now, in an interview with the Daily Star, the 36-year-old has stated that the new series needs a ‘woman’s angle’.

When asked by Nicky Campbell whether a woman would be joining him on ‘Top Gear’, during an interview on BBC Radio 5 Live, the former ‘TFI Friday’ presenter responded: “Absolutely - but not for the sake of it. I can confirm that definitely 100 percent.”

As well as Jodie, who presents ‘The Classic Car Show’ on Channel 5, Formula 1 presenter Suzi Perry has also been linked to the presenting role.
