Abbey Clancy has announced that she is pregnant with her second child.
The model, and former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ champion, broke the news on her Twitter page on Tuesday afternoon, revealing that she and her husband, footballer Peter Crouch, “couldn’t be happier” about their baby news.
Abbey and Peter already have a three-year-old daughter, Sophia, who was born three months before they tied the knot, in 2011.

She has previously revealed that she finds it important to strike a balance between her career and motherhood, telling Marie Claire earlier this year: “My mum was always a working mum. I don’t think it’s something you should feel guilty about, even though you miss them. I think it’s important to work.
“I think it's important to keep your own identity when you've got a baby.”
In the same interview, she also praised Peter’s approach to parenting, claiming that it’s almost like their daughter has two mothers!
She said: “He's such a capable dad, he's unbelievable. Since day one, he's been so hands-on - it's like she's got two mums. He's better than me.
“Without being weird and wrapping her up in cotton wool, he is obsessed with her. He will play with her, bath her, feed her, dress her.”
After revealing that she filmed Sophia’s birth, she even joked that “everyone I know has seen” the video, which she claims always goes on the TV at parties “when we’ve had a few… I shouldn’t say that really, should I?”
