When it comes to awards show red carpets, few come anywhere close to being as A-list as the Grammys.

This year, the leading nominees included Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Adele and Brandi Carlile, while Harry Styles, Lizzo, Bad Bunny, Mary J Blige and yes, even ABBA were among those in contention for some of the top prizes.

With so many huge names on the guestlist, the red carpet was a particularly star-studded one (even if not everyone actually ended up making it to the red carpet on time due to the infamous LA traffic).

Oversized fashion was clearly a big trend at the 2023 Grammys, with Lizzo, Sam Smith and Kacey Musgraves all unapologetically taking up space with their coats and capes on the red carpet.

Other must-see looks on the biggest night in music came from Taylor Swift, Cardi B and Doja Cat, who all served up some serious glamour.

We should also take a moment to give a special shout-out to the stars in attendance who took a more avant garde approach with their attire.

Among them were winner and performer Harry Styles, who made a bare-chested appearance on the red carpet in an eye-catching pair of colourful overalls, while music icon Shania Twain really thought outside the box with her attire.

Meanwhile, music producer and rapper Pharrell Williams was seen in a leather-look tracksuit, fur coat and some glamorous sunglasses as he posed for photographers on his way into the event.
