Miley Cyrus and her twerking bottom have made many a headline over the past few weeks.

But now it seems Miley's extra long tongue is now diverting all the publicity away from her behind.

Now it seems the constant exposure and alleged partying is finally taking its toll on the former Disney star's oral hygiene.

The former 'Hannah Montana' actress was fresh-faced and relatively new to the entertainment industry in 2006 with a healthy looking tongue - but photographed in Las Vegas over the weekend, it looked discoloured and unhealthy. It seems her party lifestyle may have just got the better of Miley's arguably most famous asset.
