The news that Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt has, with good reason, sent fans of all things celebrity into a spin.
The couple now face negotiating a split and Angelina has employed top Hollywood lawyer Laura Wasser, who has previously worked on finalising agreements for the likes of Johnny Depp and Khloe Kardashian.
Sadly, not everyone splits acrimoniously in the land of celeb, but it doesn’t have to get messy, and these stars are proof of that.
Take Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow. We may have all laughed when they announced that their split was a “conscious uncoupling”, but they’ve stayed pals and even enjoyed holidays together with their children since parting ways.
