In 1985 300 million viewers in 98 countries saw Bobby get mowed down and killed by a car in an effort to save ex-wife Pam (Victoria Principal). Fast forward a year and who should pop up in Pam's shower but (you guessed it) Bobby, cheerily chirping 'Good morning'. Yep, the whole thing had just been a bad dream. The WHOLE SERIES.
Kim Tate ('Emmerdale')(02 of03)

Emmerdale's Kim Tate (Claire King) was presumed dead after her body was found in a river. 'Presumed' being the key word in that sentence because she later returned to Home Farm and managed to kill off her hubby Frank in the process when he keeled over with a heart attack at the sight of her. In a running gag, South Park's Kenny McCormick would die in many an episode only to return from the dead with little or no explanation, leading to the words 'Oh my God! They killed Kenny' becoming the show's catchphrase. (credit:Comedy Central)
