One of EastEnders’ best-loved couples have been reunited, after ‘Loose Women’ brought Tiffany and Grant Mitchell back together.

Actors Ross Kemp and Martine McCutcheon both appeared on Wednesday’s (28 September) edition of the ITV chat show, marking the first time they’d been on screen together in 18 years.

Martine is now a regular ‘Loose Women’ panellist, and was reunited with Ross as he made an appearance to talk about his new Sky1 series ‘Ross Kemp: Extreme World’.

And their reunion certainly gave soap fans a serious hit of nostalgia:

Speaking about their time working together on the BBC One soap, Martine said: “It was some of the best times ever. There was this code between us that we had each other’s backs.

“I was only 18 at the time - Ross watched me grow up.”

Martine left ‘EastEnders’ in 1998 after a three-year stint, when Tiffany was killed off in a road accident, which saw her mowed down by Frank Butcher’s car.

Ross appeared as Grant for nine years until 1999, and returned to make a guest appearance in 2005.

He enjoyed a number of stints back on the show in recent months, after the character was brought back as part of Peggy Mitchell’s death storyline.

Grant was seen leaving Walford once again earlier this month, after making peace with his and Tiffany’s daughter, Courtney.
