The Little Mix singer has also unfollowed Zayn on the band’s Twitter page, following the news earlier this week that he had called time on their relationship, two years after they announced that they were engaged.

During their relationship, Perrie’s Instagram page was one of the few places that fans could get a look at the couple, who were rarely photographed in public together.

Zayn is still yet to acknowledge the split, safe for a few bizarre posts on his Twitter page, but he was recently photographed debuting a new tattoo on his arm, following the end of his relationship.

Perrie, meanwhile, recently said she was “doing good”, when quizzed by an American reporters about how she was coping with the break-up.

While promoting their latest single, ‘Black Magic’, in the US, Perrie’s bandmates were seen trying to cheer her up, with Leigh-Anne Pinnock even putting on a show for paparazzi photographers, so they weren’t able to get a glum-looking photo of her friend.

Celebrities Who Unfollowed Their Exes On Twitter
Kim Kardashian(01 of05)

Days after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries in October 2011, the reality star solidified the split on social media when she unfollowed her estranged hubby on Twitter. Although we can't pinpoint exactly when, Humphries eventually followed suit and stopped following Kardashian as well. Who can blame him, though, when his ex is constantly tweeting about her new beau, rapper Kanye West. One particularly ugh-inducing tweet: "Can't sleep again tonight! Maybe its because my baby @kanyewest isn't here to cuddle *bbm crying face*." (credit:AP)

Less than a month after Russell Brand filed for divorce from Katy Perry in December 2011, the "California Gurls" singer unfollowed her soon-to-be-ex-husband on Twitter. Although there were many reports that the split was amicable -- some even claiming that she signed the divorce papers with a smiley face -- there were also rumors that she was bitter about the breakup. During her February 2012 Grammys performance, Perry changed the lyrics to her hit song "Part of Me" from, "You can keep the dog for me/I never liked him anyway" to "So you can keep the diamond ring/It don't mean anything," which many thought to be dig at at her ex. For the record, Brand no longer follows Perry either. (credit:Getty Images)

By the time Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli announced their split in March 2012, the former "90120" actress had already unfollowed her husband of 11 years on Twitter. Garth told People magazine that she was "very resistant" to the idea of divorce when Facinelli first brought it up in the fall of 2010, so it comes as no surprise that she wouldn't want hurtful reminders of their lost love popping up on her Twitter feed. Facinelli has also since unfollowed his ex. (credit:AP)
Eva Longoria (04 of05)

Although it is unclear exactly when the unfollow occurred, Eva Longoria cut Twitter ties with her now-ex-husband Tony Parker. The former couple split in November 2010 after the San Antonio Spurs star was caught exchanging hundreds of text messages with another woman -- reportedly a former teammate's wife. But there doesn't seem to be any bad blood on Parker's end. In fact, the NBA player is still following the former "Desperate Housewives" star. (credit:AP)
Seal (05 of05)

After almost seven years of marriage, Seal and Heidi Klum announced their separation in January 2012. The "Project Runway" judge filed for divorce from Seal several months later in April 2012. Since the split, Seal has unfollowed Klum on Twitter, yet Klum is still following her estranged husband. Wonder what her current boyfriend/bodyguard, Martin Kristen, (who Seal not-so-kindly referred to as "the help" back in September) thinks about that... (credit:Getty Images)
