The ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ contestants were eased into the show last week, as the first live shows didn’t end with an elimination, but that’s all set to change.

This weekend, one celeb will face being the first star to leave the competition, and if we were Iwan Thomas, we’d probably want to look away now (and get a few more hours practice in).

Someone's got to go...

Bookies Ladbrokes have named the former Olympian favourite to leave the show, offering odds of 9/4, though Carol Kirkwood is close behind, with odds of 11/4.

The odds probably won’t come as a surprise though, as Carol and Iwan were bottom of the leaderboard following last week’s dances.

6/1 is the price being offered to punters who think Daniel O’Donnell or Jeremy Vine will be first out, while fans who fancy a flutter on Kirsty Gallacher’s chances are being given 6/1.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Peter Andre and Helen George are being touted as the least likely to leave, just ahead of Anita Rani, former ‘Corrie’ star Georgia May Foote and Jay McGuinness.
