The ‘X Factor’ judges reportedly let one hopeful have it at Bootcamp, after he took advantage of the free booze on offer.

The Mirror have reported that among this year’s auditionees is Ryan Ruckledge, who you might remember from his appearance on ‘This Morning’ earlier this year, where he revealed he’d “rather die” than give up his illegal false tanning injections.

After making it through the first round of this year’s competition, Ryan made it through to Bootcamp, but it sounds like his night of partying, courtesy of ‘X Factor’ producers, might have rubbed the judges up the wrong way.

It was reported earlier this year that producers had moved the Bootcamp stage of this year’s ‘X Factor’ from Wembley Arena to a stately home, with the hope that the contestants might cut loose and create some drama.

Unfortunately, it sounds like Ryan might have taken it a step too far, with a source telling The Mirror: “He really made the most of the free bar. Loads of people skipped the party altogether to keep a clear head – and that meant there were extra drinks going spare.

“Ryan was propping up the bar until the early hours. The next day, while his group were rehearsing, Ryan went AWOL.

"He kept disappearing off to nurse his hangover and was moping around like a bear with a sore head.”

The 'X Factor' judges and hosts at recent auditions

Sadly, it sounds like his partying might have cost him his spot in the competition, with the source continuing: “When he got in front of the judges, they all noticed immediately that he was out of sync and under-prepared.

"One by one, they all called him on it. They told him he was unprofessional and could have cost other people their place.

“When they kicked him out, they told him it was karma for his bad behaviour.”

It was reported last month that one of this year’s aspiring ‘X Factor’ singers had been given the boot, after producers discovered she had a history of appearing in adult films.

Dermot O’Leary was also a casualty of the shake up, and has left his role as presenter after eight series. Former ‘Xtra Factor’ hosts Caroline Flack and Olly Murs will be stepping up to the main show, having hosted the spin-off show together in 2011 and 2012. Will the Six Chair Challenge return?(06 of11)

Yes. Despite calls for the controversial segment of Bootcamp to be axed, the Six Chair Challenge will return for a third series. However, Bootcamp is reportedly getting a makeover. While it has been held at Wembley for the last few years, Simon Cowell has reportedly ordered the early stages to be return to the traditional country manor house setting, in the hope of raunching things up, and getting to see the contestants in a ‘Big Brother’ style environment. Reports suggest that Judges Houses will be broadcast live this year as part of a shake up to the episodes which reveal who has made the live finals. However, this means that while the judges and contestants will still jet out to exotic locations, hosts Caroline and Olly will have to remain in the UK to co-ordinate all the performances, which will be happening across the world at the same time.

Dannii Minogue is said to be making a comeback to help Cheryl at her Judges Home, having reportedly been requested by the singer to help her out. Paloma Faith has been mooted as a possible name to help out Grimmy, in move made by Simon to stop her signing up for ‘The Voice’. However, it seems Sinitta’s days at Judges Houses are up, as Simon is apparently furious with his BFF for slating the new judges and it looking to get someone in to replace her. While the show has traditionally aired on Saturday and Sunday nights for many years now, with performances on one and results on another, scheduling of the Rugby World Cup is giving producers a headache. ITV are contractually obliged to show all of England’s games in October, some of which take place in ‘X Factor’s Saturday night slot. One option that is being considered is to air a bumper show on Sunday nights on these weekends, while some reports suggest that the live shows will run for a fewer number of weeks, launching after the World Cup.
