Union J member Jaymi Hensley, added: "This has been our dream... I can't describe how amazing it has been."

The boys sang Taylor Swift's 'Love Story' for their last performance on the show.

Nicole Scherzinger's overjoyed acts James Arthur and Jahmene, and Gary Barlow's star Christopher Maloney, will battle it out in the final next week in front of 10,000 people in a live show in Manchester.

Jahmene said confidently "bring it on", while Christopher thanked everyone for voting. Over one million viewers picked up the phones for this week's semi-final.

Are you glad Union J are out of the competition? Or did you want to see someone else go home?
