'They sort of forced me to get in the car. They all had their camera phones out and we were just singing along to the radio.'

James Corden has become a huge hit in the States since fronting ‘The Late, Late Show’, thanks in part to the hugely successful Carpool Karaoke, which airs on the programme.

However, the segment does appear to have its downsides, as James has now revealed that he was “kidnapped” by a group of teens in London, who made him sing along in their car, as celebrities do in his.

James doesn’t seem too shaken by the incident though, and during an interview with The Wrap, he explains: “I was crossing the street in London a few weeks ago and there were these four kids. They were like 18, 19.

So far, the TV star has filmed Carpool Karaoke with a whole host of A-listers, including Adele, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber and even the First Lady, Michelle Obama.

But while many stars are queuing up to film a clip for the show, there’s one celebrity - despite being booked twice - who James can’t quite manage to pin down.
