For an actress still only 23, Jennifer Lawrence has had more than her share of Hollywood highs and lows - including an Oscar win, and an almighty photobomb moment with Jack Nicholson. Her cup runneth over.
To celebrate this week's release of 'X Men: Days of Future Past', here's a quick rundown of J-Law's finest moments on and off screen so far. As for the red carpet trips... don't ever change. Cross fingers there's a lot more to come from one of Tinseltown's fairest and finest.

Why it made the list: Probably one of the most memorable moments of the franchise so far, the scene in which Katniss volunteers to take the place of her younger sister Primrose is both heartbreaking and heartwarming in equal measures. This early scene gives us a taste of the heroic moments we can come to expect from Katniss Everdeen.
2 - Thank you for your consideration (The Hunger Games)(02 of15)
Why it made the list: Tasked with the challenge of showcasing her skills to potential Hunger Games sponsors, Katniss becomes frustrated with her audience’s lack of concentration and takes the opportunity to fire an arrow directly through the crowd. Her subsequent bow and excellent one-liner crowns Jennifer Lawrence as the true Queen of Sass.
3 - Silver Linings Playbook dance(03 of15)
Why it made the list: For someone who says her dancing resembles a “dad at prom”, Jennifer Lawrence did a pretty impressive job alongside Bradley Cooper in the closing scenes of Silver Linings Playbook. Proving she’s a woman of many talents, the actress struts her stuff as Tiffany and Pat perform their final routine at a local dance competition.

Why it made the list: After honestly confiding in Pat about her life, Tiffany flips when Pat takes offence to being placed in the same crazy bracket as her. Jennifer Lawrence perfectly portrays Tiffany’s hurt and anger at being judged, while giving Bradley Cooper’s Pat a well-deserved earful.
5 - Skinning a Squirrel (A Winter's Bone)(05 of15)
Why it made the list: While lesser actresses would turn their noses up at the gruesome task of skinning a squirrel, Jennifer Lawrence got stuck in on the set of 2010’s A Winter’s Bone. She didn’t exactly enjoy the task though, saying later: “You could ask me about anything and compare it to cutting up a squirrel, and I would choose the other.”
6 - Poker House gun scene(06 of15)
Why it made the list: It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Lawrence was only 17 when she starred as Agnes, a young girl who must take care of her little sisters while their mother works as a prostitute. The scene in which a gun-wielding Agnes confronts her mother and her pimp is often hailed as the movie’s standout moment, thanks to Jennifer’s powerful and sincere performance.
7 - American Hustle microwave scene(07 of15)
Why it made the list: After blowing up the family’s microwave – or “space oven” as they call it – this hilarious scene sees Jennifer Lawrence’s Rosalyn turn the whole thing around on her husband and berate him for bringing the microwave into their home in the first place. “Bring something into our house that’s going to take all the nutrition out of our food and then light our house on fire? Thank God for me!” she brilliantly quips.
8 - American Hustle deleted scene(08 of15)
Why it made the list: It’s always a shame when potential movie gold has to be cut from a film, but luckily for us the nice people behind the DVD release decided to treat us to a slice of previously-deleted Jennifer Lawrence fun. The actress enthusiastically lip-syncs and dances to Santana’s ‘Evil Ways’ in the scene which was eventually replaced by a rendition of Wings’ “Live and Let Die”. We think J-Law nails them both!
9 - Hunger Games Catching Fire mockingjay dress(09 of15)
Why it made the list: The stunning reveal of Katniss’s Mockingjay costume at the 75th annual Hunger Games was a scene that was highly-anticipated by fans of the books – and it did not disappoint. The moment that the former victor’s wedding dress bursts into flames and is replaced by Cinna’s spectacular creation is a beautifully presented act of defiance against the Capitol.
10 - X-Men First Class Mystique(10 of15)
Why it made the list: Most people would look ridiculous if they were entirely painted blue, but Jennifer Lawrence pulls it off with ease and still manages to look pretty amazing. Lawrence’s incredible transformation took 7 seven hours and 6 make-up artists to complete.
11 - X-Men DOFP Mystique(11 of15)
Why it made the list: Mystique is back in the franchise’s new movie X-Men: Days of Future Past and fans will be pleased to hear she has lost none of her fierceness. In a previously released clip, we see Jennifer Lawrence pull some moves in order to break her fellow mutants out of a military base in Vietnam.
12 - Photobomb skills(12 of15)
Why it made the list: While most stars spend their time on the red carpet focussing on which pose to strike for the hoards of photographers, Jennifer Lawrence likes to add a little more fun to proceedings. The actress kicked off her photobombing career at the 2013 Met Gala when she pulled a silly face behind Sarah Jessica Parker, but her most famous photobomb stunt came at this year's Golden Globes when she crept up on her pal Taylor Swift during an interview with Ryan Seacrest.

Why it made it on the list: In February 2013, Jennifer Lawrence celebrated one of the most exciting moments of her career so far when she won the Best Actress statuette at the 85th Academy Awards for her role in Silver Linings Playbook. The star’s famous trip up the stairs and her hilarious press interview – which involved her confessing that she’d done a shot backstage, joking about her fall and flipping the bird – secured her a haul of new fans.
14 - Meeting Jack Nicholson(14 of15)
Why it made the list: Over a year later, we're still struggling to make up our minds whether Jack Nicholson was being kind or a little bit creepy when he crept up behind Jennifer Lawrence mid-interview at the 2013 Oscars and told her she looked like an old girlfriend of his. Whichever it was, Jennifer dealt with the situation in her typical witty fashion, quipping “Do I look like a new girlfriend?”, before completely freaking out and joking "I need a rear-view mirror!"
15 - Meeting Jeff Bridges(15 of15)
Why it made the list: If you were an Oscar-winning actress and the star of hit franchises such as The Hunger Games and X-Men, you might think that you'd be above getting embarrassingly starstruck – but not Jennifer Lawrence. J-Law proved she was just as goofy as the rest of us when she bumped into her idol Jeff Bridges at ComicCon last year. The star was adorably flustered as she interrupted the actor's interview to tell him: “I'm a huge fan, oh my god, I'm so sorry!”
