I never thought Lady Gaga could ever top her meat dress in the bizarre outfit stakes but she might just have done that with her latest creation.

Ladies and gents, I give you the giant-furry-head-purse-head-warmer.

The 'Applause' singer stepped out in the kerrrrrrazy headgear as she promoted her forthcoming album 'ARTPOP' in Berlin.

Well, I think it's her. It could be Bungle from Rainbow's long-lost cousin for all I know.

And in the most blatant case of 'one extreme to the other', Gaga later changed out of the fluffy head piece and into, well, not a lot actually.

The singer rocked up in a fur coat, leather bra and pants and a very fetching (I'm sure you'll agree) moustache at Berlin's famous Berghain club for an album listening party.

There are creams for that, love.

Tweeting ahead of her performance, she wrote: "I'll be filming my beautiful Berliners as they hear ARTPOP for the 1st time! I cannot wait, so excited I might puke in my purse!!"

Aaaaah, that explains the headgear then. Mind you, that's a LOT of vomit.
