Mel B Admits She's 'Upset' And 'Disappointed' Victoria Beckham Never Came To Spice Girls Tour

The band just completed their Spice World 2019 tour, but were never paid a visit by Victoria.

Mel B has admitted she is “upset” that former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham didn’t turn up to support the rest of the band on their recent UK tour.

Over the weekend, Mel and her bandmates completed their Spice World 2019 jaunt with their third show at Wembley Stadium.

And while both the band and Victoria repeatedly denied that they’d be performing as a five-piece at any point during the tour, Mel B has now said she’s disappointed that the artists formerly known as Posh Spice didn’t come along to support them on one of their 13 shows.

“I expected her to come and just say hi at least. Not even on stage, just as an audience member supporting,” Mel explained, noting she was “upset” at the snub. “I’m sure she has her reasons for not [coming].

“I’ve already said, ‘yeah I was upset’ and I still am a little bit. It is what it is and us girls we all support each other no matter what. But yeah it is disappointing.”

Dispelling the idea of a “rift”, Mel continued: “We’re all adults, we all have to respectfully get on with whatever. But it is a bit disappointing, let’s put it that way.”

Mel was also asked by Piers Morgan about her claim that she and bandmate Geri Horner had a one-night stand in the 1990s, which the latter has since refuted.

“I’m not a liar, I’ve already said that. It’s old news, this happened such a long time ago, you know,” Mel insisted.

In the lead-up to the Spice World 2019 tour, Mel repeatedly went on record saying she wanted Victoria to join them on stage, which culminated in her dressing up as her ex-bandmate for Halloween, including roping in a pal to be her David Beckham for the night.

Good Morning Britain airs every weekday from 6am on ITV.
