Michael Jackson's 13-year-old daughter Paris has reportedly signed up to star in her first film.

Paris will make her movie debut playing the heroine in fantasy movie Lundon's Bridge And The Three Keys - a mix of animated and real characters,The Sun reports.

The Jackson family apparently wanted her to wait until she turned 18 before launching her acting career, but the teenager is said to have persuaded her grandmother Katherine, 81, as the film had a message close to her late father's heart.

The film is based on a young adult book by Dennis H Christen about the love of family and the strength it brings.

Profits from the film will apparently go to US schools.

Katherine's lawyer Adam Streisand has previously revealed older brother Prince Michael is interested in becoming a director and has been filming home movies with Paris and younger brother Blanket.
