Harry Styles doesn't exactly come across as shy and, after all the models he's been pictured with, you wouldn't think he has any problems asking women out.

But the One Direction heartthrob admits he "gets nervous chatting to girls", in unseen footage from the band's concert film 'This Is Us'.

In the video above, Harry is seen opening up to Liam Payne about how he's still just your average 19-year-old.

Asked how he gets girls' attention, he says: "I throw things at them."
