Lily Allen has opened up about how she deals with criticism, admitting that she tries to avoid talking about negative reviews.
The singer's last single ‘URL Badman’ received mixed reviews from critics and fans and failed to crack the singles chart.

However, Lil reckons the secret to remaining positive is to go into “shutdown mode”, and her busy work schedule helps too.
The ‘Smile’ singer has had a busy few months and in the past week she’s performed in three different countries.
“I played at Latitude Festival on Friday, Benicassim on Saturday, and a French festival on Sunday, and then got on a plane to Australia,” she explained. "I don’t know if it’s advisable to do that kind of travel.”
While Lil’s comeback album ‘Sheezus’ topped the charts upon its release, the singer came under fire for the album’s short stay in the Top 40, when it dropped out of the chart after just ten weeks.

Lily has admitted that her new material hasn’t been as well-received as she’d hoped , telling The Mirror: “Maybe the songs aren’t good enough this time, who knows? I just know I can’t wait to get back into the studio.”
