The business executive, who serves as an aide to Lord Sugar on the BBC business reality show, believes his pal would fire him “instantly” in one of the show’s famous boardroom scenes.

Speaking to HuffPost UK and other journalists, Claude remarked: “Look, if I was a candidate on the show, I would get fired instantly.
“My nature is impossible. I’m much too assertive, aggressive, and individual. I would not fare well.”
Claude’s comments come ahead of the launch of the 14th season of the show, which begins on Wednesday night with a task that sees the candidates thrown in at the deep end on the island of Malta.
Asked for his advice on how he thinks the newbies should play the game, his technique didn’t quite match up with his personality.
“At the beginning I think probably wise to just be a little bit quiet, see who the characters are, see where the land lies, and just not jump in too quickly,” he said.

In this series' first episode, the 14 contestants will battle it out on the island of Malta.

The business mogul also addressed whether, in light of its 14-year runtime, the series could ever carry on without its star Lord Alan Sugar, who’s become synonymous with the show.
“I think having done it for the last 14 years, and having made such a success of it...when you think of ‘The Apprentice’, you’ve got to think of Alan Sugar,” Claude said.
“[If Alan leaves the show] I can’t imagine that anybody else is going to pick up the reins immediately, I just can’t see it.”
Claude concluded the show would have to be retired for a period of time before the makers could consider bringing another star in to fill Alan’s shoes.
He added: “But they’d have a mountain to climb in order to bring about the success that he has.”
‘The Apprentice’ begins on Wednesday 3 October at 9pm on BBC One.
